Lucia is a small business owner and strategic leader with over 25 years combined experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She oversees all aspects of Society administration and operations, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. She is passionate about finding new and interesting ways to unlock the stories behind Nevada State Prison's walls.
